I removed it at the family's request. They will post up something later when appropriate.

Same here.

Seemed like a guy who worked his ass off to get where he was and was now enjoying it. Also seemed like the type of guy who’d give you the shirt off his back.

RIP Joe. Never met but if I had I’d be proud to say it.

This REALLY sucks !! I thought he had this thing whipped. He was a great guy and helped me thru the years with many pieces for my builds and best of all, he lived and breathed vintage bikes and fine food ... Dammit Joe

I share the same sentiments as many of you, I only knew him from this place but he seemed like such a stand up guy. Clearly someone who had worked hard to earn his place in life. The kind of guy the world needs more of.

Rest In Peace Newmann

My sincere condolences to family and friends.

Absolutely gutted... Joe told me lots of stuff about bikes and also some stories, was like a proper education- cannot believe it. Seemed such a lovely hard working and tough proper Texan man- really thought he had the beating of this, being the strong and lovely man he was.

RIP Joe- will miss you and your knowledge.
Also seem to remember Joe used to help the animals- think he had stray cats and stuff that he would always help.
Its just so sad.... Dry gutted to hear this.

Is Jeffro okay? Darn well hope so.
