I was hooked the idea of riding a motorcycle since I saw the fence jump in The Great Escape. And while I still follow racing pretty closely, my heart is unashamedly stuck in the 70's when the sport was young and so was I. Lived in Burlington Iowa in those days. My first race was a 2 Hr. Scambles on a 500 Triumph but my first MX was the Street Class on a DT-1.
