Rode a couple tracks, Dade City and another cool rough sand track that I can't remember as it was about 30 years ago.

I remember the track had a bunch of shady palm trees that you had to negotiate around.

As I remember it, he was cool with everybody except Bauer. They were oil and water. Then again, Bauer could stir some shit.

Met him and the "usual suspects " Atlanta  sx 2000. We all stayed same motel. I took 2 cases of shine in small jars so I could carry in. Friday practice I did my thing of grabbing a box out the dumpster and walking into pits like I'm late and on a mission,works most times. 

Walk up to DC, tfs,dmxs guys,photo guys,bout 10 people, introduce myself and pass out shine. They were kinda freaking.

Late nite,rc16 and a bunch pile in my mercury grand marquis and we hit a strip club. DC, keith Bowen, Chad watts and bunch other industry folks. I wasnt drinking but had a fat joint.  Cant recall who smoked it with me. 

About 2am they carry Chad out, draggin toes. I'm thinking no way this guy makes it tomorrow.  I hit pits about 8am, box again. Toss it in a can and mosey over to Honda. There is chad, rubbing the cr down. I'm like this dude is a pro. 

 

Gave rc16 the rest of my shine for his place.

Oh, me a teggers had a raffle for him at ichyconnee, I was ridin for o'neal and they gave me larocco Jersey and few others that rode for tjem,boots,helmet,pants ,Scott gave goggles,and cant recall the rest. 

It was hot as 2 peckered goat, we raised couple grand I recall. 

Oh well

You were part of the Motoworld migration so you'll remember that a lot of the grief we took was guys thought one of us was Rich Cain trying to sneak back in. Think that all happened soon after the drama.
