I see Bam lists Greenville, FL as his hometown mostly. When I read your pitch on his property, I started looking near Valdosta's outskirts thinking Bam Land was instead in GA. But it is in FL where I first thought. You would need alot of help maintaining the tracks/land. If you did it yourself, you wouldn't have time to ride.
I'm sure it will sell fast.

The huge metal building and concrete would cost at least $100k to build today. Land?, Figure around 15K per acre with 2 wells and the pond. If he's not asking at least $650k they're cazy

In all honesty, who lists real estate for sale anywhere without an asking price? Pics of said cabin? Seriously, this place could be worth 250k - 750k depending on the going rate of land in the area and the cabin and shop buildings.

I'm crazy and old, I know, but I remember when motocross tracks were built around and among these things called "trees." They were beautiful and majestic, and sometimes you could even feel a cooling bit of shade when the track went underneath one. There were great big hills too, and we all felt our stomachs kinda float when we raced up and down them. Compared to that, the tracks on this land look like a boring board game left out in the sun too long, but that's just my opinion and like I said, I'm crazy and old.

If you came to vital looking for the list price you can’t afford the property.

Yes, it's in Greenville FL. Valdosta GA is just the closest "big city". We are in extreme south Georgia down here, bordering Florida. Not that Valdosta is "big" by any means but it does have a university, Wal Mart, Target, etc. But compared to Greenville FL, it's freakin' huge!
