Maybe him and JLaw can talk about what could have been as they both have the same level of accolades. As an aside, the color combo of the gear and bike is fire. Looks stellar.

From MXA : MXA reached out to Justin Hill to confirm the allegations and he said that they are true. Justin was quick to clarify his respect for Team Owner Mike Genova and also to give credit the team and their sponsors for the exceptional motorcycle they provided him. He wasn’t leaving the team because of bike issues or an issue with the team owner; it was issues with the team’s management and with how he was treated. Although the press release has already been released for the team’s 2021 Supercross rider lineup, Justin did not break a contract by leaving the team because he and the team hadn’t signed paper yet for 2021.
Cliffs: Tony wanted riders who were willing to work hard and be team players, and Junior Hill wanted more time at home chillin' with his fam.

Hill had a good '20 season but I suspect Tony could see the writing on the wall. A more dedicated rider would have been given some wiggle room with family matters, but anyone with a brain could see Hill plans to mail it in next year.

Sheesh. Probably wanted to go play guitar. Unfortunate some people can't ever seize opportunities and get out of their own way. Good for Tickle!
Thought provoking that both of the HILL boys seemed to lack focus with their moto careers.........Shocked

Incredibly off topic, but after an Instagram check it really doesn’t look like it unless they have an agreement that they don’t follow each other, mention each other, or be in each other’s posts. Looks like she has a few things going. Might be trying to be an influencer, or a country music roadie, or sell bracelets that look like they came from a kindergarten classroom or sell pyramid scheme hair products. Doesn’t really matter.

What matters is that Brock got a good ride. I hope he kicks ass.

If attitude has anything to do with it. Explains why JS17 and Hill are both w/o rides right now.

Happy with that! Hill is such a talent but it's nice to see a guy that actually "wants it" like Tickle get a ride.

I'm a Hill fan but a realist at the same time. He was showing some good results/drive through the middle of the season but just did not gel with SLC at all. Wish he had just a little more killer instinct

HEH! Dunno why but this Tony Alessi didn't think he would be a good fit personality wise. Tony said on pulpmx that he really focuses on a positive team vibe. really made me laugh. Who would have thought that would be a thing 15-20 years ago?

MCR has done great btw, and Mike and Tony have put a real solid team together. The above ^^^ is just in good fun.

Otherwise I saw Tickle at AEO the other day, dude looked fit. Solid lineup.

Man, Tony is motocross through and through. I love it. And those damn Hondas...they look so good. Best looking bike, IMO.

I like JH. 1st or 2nd of the fill-in riders might lead to a great opportunity.

Good lesson for younger riders...don't ever get too full of yourself and start believing the hype...or you won't get a ride with Tony Alessi. lol.

Per Tony on Pulp show, They plan to start the outdoor season, and if they're performing well, they'll do the whole series.

Per Tony on the pulp show they will be riding the 2020 model all season long. I think only Friese will be on the ‘21 model? Can’t remember. Reason being that parts are too hard to come by for the ‘21 model and it’s already been too hard to get parts for the new model as of now. Honda is still going to be producing ‘20 model bikes in 2021 so they will ride the ‘20 model for SX since parts are readily available and they already have a bunch of ‘20 model bikes, and it still promotes a bike Honda is currently producing. Less stress for the team trying to find parts that are too hard/don’t exist for the new model. Blame covid for messing everything up

Thanks for the info. Curious why only Friese would be on the ‘21, though?

According to Tony the part availability for the new 21 is not good enough for a team like MCR.

According to Tony, Vince is a great tester and is helping them and Honda to develop the bike. Parts availability is the big issue and why none of the other guys will be riding a 21.
