Here is my '06 YZ450. I like the clean OEM look. Almost went with a Chad Reed replica but decided to keep it simple. I did update to a 2015 front fender and stadium plate. Added a couple factory effects graphics that go with the OEM shroud graphics.

I gotta say the 2009 Stewart bike looks far better than anything they have built since then.
But there are so many good options out there to make the 2 strokes look better. (Not saying it is ugly to start with)
I know I will be out weighed here.

What seat cover do you have on that bike? I like the OEM look with the pleats added.

I think this is about Production body styles, but, the 87/88 YZM500 had a fair bit of influence, or reflected YZ styles of the 87-88 and / or a few years after, style :

Man, I absolutely hate black frames and swingarms, but those YOT 250F’s with the all black will forever hold a special spot in my heart. Everything about that bike is just done correctly.

Is that YOT bike from the US Open in ‘05? I don’t remember them running a black frame and swingarm at any of races in ‘06.

YOT ran totally different graphics in ‘06 with the dragon not nearly as big as it is in this picture. Maybe this was from the US Open in ‘05 or a overseas race from ‘05.

That is the first time I have seen that black-framed YOT bike and HOLY MOLY that think is sexy. Normally not a fan of aluminum frames in black but that thing is sexy.

I love all of the YOT bikes and I currently have a graphics kit that I designed, that is YOT inspired. I just have not installed it yet. It's for a '19 YZ125 as I too was looking for some retro inspiration.
This! Add in the 98/99 Noleen bikes and same year Rinaldi bikes of Vohland and MachioWoohoo . Such good years for cool bikes. Actually likes Dowd’s 98 bile too, so clean!

For something newer I would add Cairoli’s 04-06 bikes with the brown-orange rims, and SE72’s 06 bike.

Prefer the late 90’s though!
