Thanks for posting! Single exhaust. Side panels look KTM-ish.

Single exhaust? Thank you!

Honda, Take one of your leftover twin pipes, chase down the idea man behind them and beat him with it.

I see I got a thumbs down from the sales rep at Akrapovic. They've been selling $1200.00 exhaust systems to Honda riders for years now....they should be happy, still charge $1200.00 for single exhaust only.

I couldn't tell much but it did seem like single exhaust. That would be great. Was never a fan of the duals.

I will be bummed if no duals, I personally love the sound and look but I might be a minority! Smile Interested in what other changes there might be, especially chassis wise.

I loved the duals. Hate to see those exhausts specially in the stock bikes

I was able to get some screen shots but can’t tell much other than single exhaust and it has different plastics.

I like the look of the duals but I'm not a Honda rider so I don't have to worry about the cost of replacing duals

Nice freeze-frames. It does appear to have a KTM-ish rear end. A similar no-tools airbox would be cool. I would love to see Honda drop some weight as well. It will be exciting when details start to come in.

Looks like Tim Gajser is the rider so it can't be.

Given the smaller panels, perhaps single side exhaust (and probably other weight savings) then this may well be a lighter bike, given the current power output and tractability then 5-7 kgs lighter (lets assume) would mean some impressive acceleration times

The twice pipes are probably the single thing that kept me off a Honda.

Yes that was kinda what I am hoping.

@fanger I honestly loved that era of Honda. I liked their line of thinking with that bike. The smaller/lighter machine. Obviously, it had it's issues and probably not as good overall as the newer bikes, but I wish Honda could keep all of the positives about the 17-20 but just shave some weight.

Him riding a new bike has been rumored for a while...I mentioned it in a thread over a month ago about 2021 KTM's...

shame the first photos that have come out of this bike look like they have been shot by a potato, but i guess that's what you can expect from people who have been told not to film and post stuff from their phones

You probably didn’t realise, they both come on the bike when you buy it.. you don’t need to go and find another muffler 🤣

The bike also has a very high center cradle with a center port exhaust, new to the CRF...and it looks like there might be an intake scoop in front of the seat.

so the center port might explain why they might be back to single pipe, may well be more efficient?

Couldn't really tell with crappy photo. Looked like a traditional black plastic in the one picture though. I'm sure whatever it is the Honda haters will bitch about it either way. 😂

I swear, the best thing about the dual pipes were the number plates swelled out evenly on both sides, so gripping with your legs felt easier, and "balanced"..

KTM and Husky have been doing that with their side panels for the past 4 years or so. I thought it was a great idea when they started doing it.
