On my laptop, I hover my name at the top right when I'm signed in and click "my account" so it opens up to my subscriptions. To the right of any subscriptions is an on/off button for auto-renew

Go to your profile Top right corner hover over your name, click the account button on the drop down

Your subscription should be there with an auto renew button to the right

It's on the website version to cancel the auto renew. It will drive you nuts looking for it on the app. I am going to wait until the old subscription expires and hope the code still works.

So I signed up last night (new user), entered the "Holiday" and I was charged $89.99.
I just called them and they said "Holiday" is for their "Philly" pass only. They do not have a discount code for SX/MX currently.

Shhh don't tell them and have them pull the offer. I guess if they discontue it they would have to honor those it for those of us that already signed up.

Just signed up!!!! bargain!!! Less than 2 bucks a race!!! gotta read the small print and why it won't work with a current account, says "will auto renew next year at full subscription price". so like many said here just cancel and start new account!!! Merry MXmas everyone!!

Edit: So you can't renew with the code? that is some dumb assery. Like Comcast they give the new guy the good deal to lure them in and screw over the loyal customers..

Just end the auto renew with your current account, and create a new one. It takes 5 minutes if that

Cancelled my auto-renew, closed out the browser, went back to the Gold website, signed up with a different email, saved $45 and only took a few minutes.

Looking back at the email I got in November, the old subscription is good until Dec 26th and auto-renew takes place on Dec 30th. Turning off auto-renew won’t deactivate your old account. It will just keep it from renewing at the end of the year.
