Seems all the teams are showing their lineup, displaying bikes and doing interviews. Have nor heard or seen a word from Pro Circuit other than we know whos on the team with only a couple weeks till A1.

As I've told myself many times over the year working for others..."My name isn't the name on the sign."

How's the price of pork lately?

Is the farm doing good with Mike being gone?

Are you able to take it easy during the Holiday season or are you still doing a lot of traveling?

Give me a minute and I might thing of a couple other questions.

I have no doubt Forkner will end up on the west coast. He's to scared of getting spanked by Sexton and all that Honda horsepower again!!!

Yeah he wadded but, until that point Sexton and the “honda horsepower” was a non issue. Chief

Anyone with a brain knows there’s an asterisk next to that championship.

While I can’t say I don’t completely disagree, you still have to finish the series to be able to win it. Sexton won it fair and square, you can’t take that away.

Especially after Forkner had lawn-darted hard in multiple races/qualifiers.

I mean, one could make an equal argument that, but for fortuitous circumstance, Forkner shouldn't have been in contention even as long as he was -- than that he should be the un-asterisked* Champion.

Forkner went undefeated until injury and still tried to ride it out with a noodle leg because of his knee to try to get the title.

Sexton fell into that title and nobody else was close enough to challenge him points wise with 2 or so rounds left.

Sexton didnt “dominate” anything. He was in the right place at the right time.

Yeah, I’m a Honda guy, but Forkner had him covered easy. I agree you have to finish, but that’s an asterix title for sure.

I don't think they put an asterisk in the title books.

I don’t think anybody should have an asterisk beside their name when they have won a national championship, but myself, in my own mind would not feel as proud of the title the way Forkner dominated. Winning can’t feel as good knowing you’re second best. But I’d still take the check to the bank.

To criticize Austin for giving 110% is asinine. He is a hugely talented rider, put in the hard work, and isn’t satisfied with anything but a win. That’s good, right?

Even though he didn’t win the championship, he ought to be very proud of his performance. And I’m sure Pops is.

Pretty sure he took third at the first east/west shootout. Those count for points too. Unless you are just trying to say he beat Sexton every time?

100% agree no titles should be asterisked. sexton won it outright. faster rider for entire series. i bet the title feels just as sweet to sexton as if he'd won several races. Championship is a Championship.

It probably does feel as sweet to him, and I have no problem with that,. He absolutely deserves the title. I’m just saying that it wouldn’t feel as good to me. I’m kind of weird, but I’m never as proud of something that I didn’t have to fight for.
I was always more proud of a run through the pack after a bad start ( which I got a lot of) for a hard fought third, than if I had holeshot and won.
Just confirms I’m probably not right in the head.
