He came out swinging despite Las Vegas against all predictions.
After round 3 he was 33 points up on DF. That's where he won this title.
He won it at the last round

AC really has had a dream year.

Sure he made that mistake in Vegas but he was great at SX and if his bike wouldn’t have been so twisted maybe he would have gained enough points to win that one too. He sure got up quick and took off.

I wonder how the start of the nationals would have been different if he won SX and Ferrandis lost? AC rode like he had everything to prove.

Congrats! Must feel sweet for Adam to finally get the title for Mitch and all the guys at PC before leaving to 450s!

Great outdoor season for Kawasaki, and Mitch has to be happy to get another title for the PC team.

National Champion. Would take that over a regional SX title all day! Well done AC, potential and body and mind all caught back up to one another, cool to see.

So pumped for him. Really hope Fox does a run of the championship shirts, as a Blink 182 and an AC fan it’s a must have!

What a great season, and it is awesome to see him finally score a title. It seems like almost everyone in the industry is happy for him, which is rare. If he'd not been injured in 2014 and just cruised to an outdoor title in his first full year he would have a massive amount of haters. But his rocky road and perseverance has softened him to many. Congrats AC!

Hell. Fucking. Yeah!

So awesome to see AC finally get that championship. Humble in triumph and defeat, as it should be. Seeing him glossy eyed on the podium and still delivering a well spoken and honest speech is just amazing. I agree with the poster above saying he won the championship in those opening rounds. He could’ve easily been in a post-SX slump after the heartbreak at Vegas but he swiftly brushed it off his shoulders, put it behind him and came out absolutely swinging. He showed the maturity and consistency needed to be successful not only in the 250 class but also the recipe for success in the 450 class.

12 rounds - 12 podiums. Congrats to the champ!

It was good seeing that happen. It was well deserved and hard earned. He had some very stout competition that never let up.

Congrats AC92 amazing season and humble young man as well. If you have a problem with AC then you are just not a fan of the sport and the dedication it takes to be a champion.

From the outside looking in, it seems Nick Wey has also made a huge impact on Adam with his mental game.

Congrats to Adam, Nick and whole PC team.

AC rode great all season. Dylan was faster at times but AC got whole thing sorted out and made no mistakes. He earned it.

Congratulations to AC! He and Dylan rode amazing all season but the consistency paid off. After what he’s been through it’s pretty damn awesome to see.
Hopefully he can continue the success into the 450 class.

I think he's going to be really good on a 450 and be able to mix it up in the top 5 his first year. Just one more badass that will be lined up in that stacked class.

AC certainly deserved this title, and he kept his head together long enough to earn it....... now, he gets a huge boost in confidence, watch out 450 class where his extra size can come in really handy...!

Huge congrats to Adam and his team! I hated seeing his sx season fall apart like that so such a great rebound. I noticed I haven't seen his dad in his camp in quite some time. I remembering them parting ways a while back but I figured we would at least see him at his championship round.

Well deserved individual, he has to be one of the most well spoken and mature guys to grace this sport. Hopefully he has a successful 450 career.
