More American made products. I can’t wait to mount up a Hoosier tire.
Most companies know that your average American consumer isn't willing to pay the premium for American made goods when they can get something that is 98% (or better) as good at half the cost that is made somewhere else.

Like the mtn bike world, I’d like to go online and order a dirtbike directly from the manufacturer and avoid bs fees, haggling and driving all over the place. Not everybody lives in cities where there are 2-3 dealerships. Bike shops and bike manufacturers make it work why can’t dirtbikes?

Some say liability but I can order a $7k mtn bike and put it together and get just as hurt as if I put the front tire and handlebars on a new Ktm 450.

Most direct to consumer bicycle sales also save quite a bit of money over buying from a shop but people will still go into shops and buy bikes just as they would with some dirtbikes. Most dealerships I’ve gone into treat selling dirtbikes as a hassle anyway.
I was drunk when I posted this and forgot about it haha. But I like this one the most kinda. Huge into MTB and I do like the direct to rider stuff and showing up knowing exactly what I want no bullshit

i think the bike manufacturers have got bikes pretty perfected especially now they are over air forks so when you look at the huge list of parts needed to restore a old bike you should quickly realise it’s more cost effective to buy a 12-18 month old low hour bike that will need probably very low maintenance and you can go enjoy it straight away a suzuki would be worth fuck all and be a great bike for 99% of us weekend riders
as far as a wishlist of things to come back around i’d wish for honda to have oem parts from 1989 to 07 nothing beats oem honda stuff for me anyway
oh and flo green acerbis plastic for 99-02 kx, pro circuit magnesium ignition and clutch covers and n style to remake all their old graphics in the same flo colours with the chromes and golds i would also like to see troy lee sell those cool shark fin helmet thingys everyone used to have

From a new company, you need to prove your stuff is as good as the big guys. If you cant im not buying your piston, or exhauat, bars, nothing. Full transparency is what it takes. For example if you provide 3rd party dynos showing your full exhaust makes more power than FMF or PC then id give you a shot.

Cheap products without being tested doesnt cut it in this industry. Its too competitive and heavy hitters like Pro Circuit dominate the market with their reputation.

Fly racing released test results on their new helmet but they dont disclose who theyre competing against. Maybe theres good reason such as legality issues. but without being transparent, to ME, i see their helmets results compared with a bunch of lines drawn on a graph.

Thankfully with FLY they have the reputation of being a good company with quality products so its easy to give them the benefit of the doubt

Oems that support grass root racing, they want us to buy their bikes, but not many places to ride. They rely on the dealers, but getting dealers and the track owners to cooperate, especially track owner to track owner, seems unlikely.

I would like to see manufacturers offer the ability to order bikes with various upgrades. I would like the option to have a new bike ship with Renthal Twinwalls, springs that suit me, etc.

Lack of places to ride are going to kill this sport. OEM's really need to help push for new riding areas before it's too late.

More circus themed gear like that polka dot stuff from TLD. I truly think Troy and the boys like funnin' with the MX community. I picture them sitting around the shop after hours drinking a few cold ones and they get bored and have a contest on who can design the silliest, most horrendous and comical looking gear imaginable and take bets on how many guys will actually buy the stuff.

A decal/graphics company who produces and sells a "graphic saver" rather than just patent the design of a graphic saver and then rat hole it and not allow any other company to manufacture and sell. They do this so they can sell more VERY expensive graphics to their "customers" instead of protecting the ones already purchased. FYI, this is a very significant issue for KTM owners whose side panel graphics are destroyed by knee braces/boots in one moto/practice.

Companies that realize fast guys don’t pay retail for anything; c class weekend hero’s do.

Also a chest pro for someone heavier than 150lbs. Shockingly I’m larger than KR94 Mr Fox.

These are very reasonable and awesome. I think Fox used to print numbers but stopped. I think it’s a hassle for them but it was great for the consumer.

I’d like “factory edition” 250Fs.

TLD Helmet Fins and Speed wings. Whatever they called them last.
I still have about 3 or 4 of the original style and the 2nd style they had. A helmet without a fin is just not in control.

If you don't have a fin, you at least need a flag and a hooker. Damon Bradshaw said so.

How about a bike that doesn't cost 10,000 OTD?
You can get left over brand new Suzukis for like $6000 OTD and still have more bike than you can handle

Hard to believe these guys won't budge on even their leftover 2013 RMZ's. I see they have new 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2019 models in stock.

Then go the other direction. PCP and Good Times both have better prices advertised in Sacramento.
