This isn't really the best example for that argument. Had he gotten that close from staying on track, then it'd be more applicable.

Lol “pala must do something”, give me a break dude not all of us want a nani holding ours hands through life. We’ve already got the government regulating the living hell out of everything, the last thing anyone needs is more rules riding your dirtbike.

Dude went for it on an 06 crf450, much respect for that send!

Says he knew he was going too slow... says he knew he was riding a clapped out 2006 model bike.. says he knew it was a pro-level jump... says he did it for Colby Raha..

I have no words. The literal definition of natural selection right here, folks..
Thank God someone had something intelligent to say in this thread. Lol. All these fucking morons blaming the track. They didn't load his bike up &force him to come out there at gun point, much less ask him to break the fucking rules. Legally, unfortunately you may have an argument but I find it sad that many people in our community have that thought even run through their mind. Dude is clearly a d, possibly c class rider(and knows it), with a roached out 15 yr old bike on stock ass suspension. What it the actual fuck could he or any of his other dipshit friends, gf, etc seen here that seemed like even a questionable idea, much less good idea? Thank God for natural selection. You could tell he wasn't going nearly fast enough with just a quick glance. They should ban his dumbass from any public track in his area for that shit even if he heals. And I thought I was a fucking idiot... I guess einstein isn't a bad nickname either🤔

Should have clicked 4th gear bro! Lol. There's a few videos of dudes slamming into the face of that thing hard. One that comes to mind is guy in Raha's video that tacoed a nice husky. Anyone know roughly how big of a leap this is ? We talking like 120, 150ft or bigger ? Being east coast guys never layed eyes on it in person

nobody should be doing this at a public track unless you are a professional and have the tracks permission, like this man here -

Same track, more talent

Most of us could clear it on a 92 CR500...the bike wasn’t the problem

Isn't suspension setup on a jump like this not equally important as the sheer speed required for clearing it?? Talented riders typically have pretty stiff suspension - which I have to believe is critical when hitting the takeoff at the kind of speed necessary for a jump like this. It just seems like his suspension soaked up part of the take off - i mean it was immediately clear from the second he took off that he stood zero chance... Just an immediate reverse boner air to panic rev devastation.

Nothing wrong with that jump. Just a couple of feet short but he tried it. To many drama queens here who don't have the balls to try it. Would i tried it, at this age no way but 20 years ago maybe.

Sa vids of riders doing it when other people are on the track or riding close to it.

Insurrence problem? Why? Put a sign at the entry of the track. " Enter at own risk" so the track owners or the club can't be held responsable for any thing. Or are the rules different in the U.S?

Most tracks- festivals-public entries in europe have it hanging at the entry.
I worked at a popular MX track for 15years.
The signs and waivers mean nothing when the insurance companies want recovery on their loss.

We got sued almost every year I was there.

No. This is what happens when people have nowhere near the skill needed and a bike that has too much power.

For sure. If he had a 125, like back in the day, he wouldn't even think about it. If he had a 250 2 stroke his limited skill level alone would prevent him from having the speed for it.

So you have people on a public track doing motos, and then these clowns coming out of left field to perform their circus act (0:24)? That's a no for me.

A couple of feet??? He hit the face of the second jump on a jump that needs to be down sided. Even if he hit the top, his wheels would have buckled.

I would have missed that if it wasn't for those blue circles.

He ran out of talent as soon as he unloaded his bike. All the speed in the world wouldn‘t have helped him.

Yep, think they could have one of their bros flag people off the track so people doing motos on the actual track aren't t-boned or landed on while they are trying to become Instagram famous
