Someone sent me this Nerd wrote. Mike's last race was Atlanta, Eli won Daytona that next week. Then lost three in a row and won the last two. So he did not immediately go on a winning streak after Mike left.
The truth matters you know.

But what about the rest of what he wrote (what you posted) concerning the ultimatum and being a roadblock for Tomac's testing? Is that correct or not?
never bring a knife to a gun fight...
The roadblock for testing is a joke theory.
Mathes skipped right over the meat and went for the low hanging fruit as a tru vitard would.
That better? You

MW didn’t know how to tighten sprocket bolts properly.
This isn’t about why he left, or how they butted heads, mutual parting, testing, he’s gone now, whatever.....
The real issue is Nerd wrote that MW was unfit to work in the industry in his prior roles and he had confirming sources to prove it, including screen shots, and he was speaking up about how bad MW was in his job to spare a future team from the disaster that would be if they hired him.
That’s it.
Matthes said prove it, and then no more Nerd....
It’s not about who is buddies with who, Nerd blew MW out with no proof.
That’s lame
My guess is some sour grapes Kawi team members that didn’t care for MW were in Nerds ear up until he was about to use them as his source
Both want to stay relevant in the sport, there is the ultimate answer. Matt Fatthes still thinks Tim Ferry is a God, yeah he's wrong. Cox wants to still keep his name in as well as it doesn't seem like running for Congress is working out for him.
Go Frank GO!!
