I know in my heart of hearts this is most likely his "official" retirement announcement, but damn I can't help getting all the feels watching that teaser. And how I would scream like a little schoolgirl if he did decided to come back for one final Supercross farewell season. Hey, a guy can dream can't he?

All screw all the haters.James Stewart is the most influential rider our sport has ever seen. Hands down.

Flame on...
Holy shit! My above post was my 259th post! Coincidence? I think not!

So on 3-29-19 the fastest man to ever race a dirt bike in AMA competition will announce his retirement, some demand that he should of done so 3 yrs ago, not one of us have walked in his Nikes or gaernes, he was not the most accomplished, not the most friendliest , not the most humble, "ohh he ate dirt too much " , he pushed limits vitards, in the way he chose to live his life , and retirement, but " only" the fastest ever. Our lives are not a race and James, you are on top in my book . For credit seen the Hannah's and lackeys and mcgraths and Carmichael and the yeah I said it Jo Jo Kellers all through the east coast.
Lol to the dude that thumb down this, I'm not here for likes I would seriously love to here your input on motocross for the last 3 years, let's discuss , no hard feelings , no chicken shits, let's debate like men.

James is the man. My favorite rider of all time. Whatever he says or does, I’m just happy he’s healthy and hope he’s content.

Love it, I gave him a thumbs down for being a snowflake. No one can have an opinion and if you do they want you to call so they can fight you on the phone or e mail. James was an icon idc if he doesn’t even post anything on the 29th. IN MY PERSONAL OPINION*** I believe he’s done a lot for the sport and it was great to have him.

Care to elaborate ? So who was faster in your opinion? Not the fastest ? Asking for a friend?
Is he the only snowflake or is there more ? Let's make a snow storm .

Not sure I’m understanding what it is you’re asking.... not greater faster? So the greatest or are you asking the fastest? I’d never name one rider to be the greatest of all time or fastest of all time too many eras I’m not educated about. Webb is the smartest right now. Js7 was one of the fastest people I’ve ever saw ride a 125 personally. RC had the best outdoor runs I’ve saw in the 450s. I caught the last of MC and he was the fastest person to Lake Havasu after being one of the fastest in supercross.

So if you have not been around long enough stay out of it , what where you 3 when he was riding a 125? Don't know who wardy is ? I saw dudes like Pichon and windham come up while you were shitting pampers bro. Stay out . Let me guess the tracks are too rough for you to watch now days too ?

So you have to be 60 to comment on any topics? How old are you? If you’re trying to beat someone up on here i would be more worried about falling down the stairs and breaking your hip. Also stew is only a year and a half older than me. Tracks are more pussified than they have ever been. Get on your maico and ride it to the old folks home. Maybe stop and see Brody on the way.

Lets hope James wants to come back on his own terms, no factory pressures, no iron man training, no bullshit, and just race motorcycles because he loves it and he’s got the skill to be in the game even if at a half assed attempt. Whichever, If it’s the actual “it’s over” announcement, which we all know is more likely, then so be it even if it was a day late, year late or years late none of it matters. He’s going about it how he wanted and even if we don’t like it, it’s his prerogative. Watching all these vidoes in this thread brings back what a badass this dude really was on a motorcycle.

So does that means he still beats Reed in pretend races?

Like you say Brocster, it is James' choice, of how and when he decides to make a call on going forward. We need to respect that.

He has already given us his best, he has paid his dues and has earned his Retirement if he chooses to do so. Again, we need to respect that.

He is without doubt one of the best riders of his era and he will be remembered for many reasons.

The dude is a Legend and will rightfully be inducted into the Hall of fame at some point.

Unfortunately the ship has sailed for a comeback.

I'm hoping it's a tell all and from now on he will be involved in the sport again.

Come on you big dog insiders - what's the scoop?

Just admit that Moto hasn’t been the same since he left. I wish I would’ve known that before he left.

I miss Stew a lot but my guess is that he will explain how head injuries took him out of contention for wins, kept him off the bike, and how important the development of the soon to be released Seven helmet is to him. Just a guess though.

BTW the haters can say whatever they want. Stew on the track was the best at being Stew and there will never be another one like him.
