I think different tracks will favor different styles causing a very good season of racing. Plan on many Emig's keys to the race. Good start.. Smile

Sure he brain farts, has a buckle problem, loses the front end while out front most of the time but It is circuscross dude.

He's a 50/50 bet.
I like your irony.

Being a social misfits in the society is often a sign of high potential. Roczen is super well adapted, look his instagram...

With Ken it's cool, you can see an SX race and an FMX contest at the same time. His front flip skill is the best imo.

I think by now everyone gets that you don't like Ken. Now stop embarrassing yourself, it's a pain to watch

The funny thing is, these people that bash riders wouldn't say it to their faces. It's far to easy to run their mouths behind a computer screen.

Eli will keep it all together and win a championship and he is absolutely the odds on favorite going into the year. I hate reading this "Eli lost focus" crap. He is on the absolute razors edge of traction, speed, and acceleration. Minor mishaps can result in crashes and it happens to every single one of them. Obviously things can happen and luck always plays a part in winning the championship; I think we can all agree that Eli needs a smaller amount of it than any one of his competitors do to take this home.

I can see Roczen winning the title. I've felt for several years that he and Tomac are slightly more talented than all the others. The horrendous accidents that each had certainly set both back and has taken some time to regain their nerve, but I don't think anyone racing here has their speed when they are confident and not timid. Others are certainly close, but at every riders best, I feel these two are slightly more talented. I realize I'm talking outdoor, but think back to the MX of Nations in Germany. Roczen finished 2nd to Cairoli in the first race and Tomac had moved up from 20th place to 3rd and was all over Roczen when he had his dramatic get off. Roczen won the 2nd race with Tomac right on his tail for 2nd. This while both were on 250's. There are definitely a few guys in MXGP now with their talent, but I feel they're the most talented racing here.
I dont think ken can go the whole series of sx without one huge mistake .

That is always a possibility with Roczen and Tomac imo. I really liked and respected Dungey, but I never felt he was quite as talented as these two. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Maybe the speed difference was because he didn't hang it out quite as much as Roczen or Tomac, but Dungey didn't crash nearly as much or as tragically most of the time. He won because of his consistency and he left the game in one piece. Musquin may be able to finish high enough each week by limiting crashes to win on consistency. One thing for sure, there will be crashes and injuries that will decide the standings unfortunately.

Marvin's gonna punt him the first chance he gets and Tomac will rent out his head free of charge for the rest of the season.

I gotta say, I am highly frustrated with his results last season. I am sure he is as well.

He's gotta park Marvin for what he did, over the berm.

When the gate drops at Anaheim 2020 there will be a number 3. Either the 21 or 94 number will be missing.

There are a lot of riders moving up, and a few that have something to prove.
I don't see anyone running away with the series.
I'm predicting 6 different winners.

I honestly think , the only person beating Eli right now , is himself , with a bad start / mistake. Overall pure speed , there won't be anyone that will match him for more then a few laps. BUT.......because he pushes so damn hard , he tends to make little mistakes here and there. It's what happens when you ride the red line.
I agree with this, and KR is similar at just notch below Eli. I am not a Marv or JA fan, so I hope they get in the mix to make it close but I will be watching for an epic Eli/KR battle going down to the wire in Vegas. Hoping Mookie gets a few podiums and that Seely can make it back healthy and somehow not let JA make him his bitch once again. That will be my perfect SX season for 2019.

I do not want to see any more pieces about Marv and his wife, and their story and see her cooking and waving the pit board. Tired of that story already...

You guys are acting like I want Ken to crash. This is far from the truth. I like Ken and keep hoping he will learn from his mistakes. I am only pointing out that he needs to learn how to make it through a full SX season before he can win a championship.

No one has shown anything in the past 12 months that suggests that this isn't Tomac's series to lose. Musquin was the only one keeping him somewhat honest, and Anderson's consistency got him the title. Granted, he rode ginger in the last 1/3 of the season padding the points lead, but he said multiple times he wanted to beat Eli straight up, and never did.

It would be reasonable to assume that Tomac has matured and is confident enough in his own raw speed now to know that he can manage a championship much better this time around. He hasn't won something like 50% of the SX races these past two seasons for nothing.

You forget the effect of serious injury on the mind.

I`m surprised nobody threw Savatgy`s name in for a win. I know it was a one off specialty race, but he looked super comfy on the fo-fiddy at MEC! And he was giving ET hell, when he was giving him a race win.....

Damn, I really really want Ken to win races and have a career year, but has he ever finished a full season without injury?

Honestly if we just get a year of good racing, battles, drama and minimal injuries to the riders I will be happy.
