Daniel put on an announcing clinic, no doubt. DB125/NorCal killed it last night and supercross needs more of DB125!

Been listening to him for years in ax, he is always on point but just doesn't have an authoritative announcer style voice.

Daniel was great and will be a nice addition. Love love Jeff but we wait each round for him to say, "He has CAME to win" and " johnny rocket SETS in 4th place"
Someone sets a table Jeff or sets his mic down. Lol

He really did a great job! I enjoyed his insights and the way he articulated them. He's professional and, for me, definitely adds to the show. He seemed to "mesh well" with Emig and Shiny-sheen too!
I've appreciated his work before watching AX, and I hope we see more of him in the future!

It's about time the decision makers chose someone who has command of the english language and knowledge of the sport. Let's expand Daniel's role and have him takeover Race Day Live as well.

I love DB with a passion that borders on creepy

I remember him back in the day, him and his brother holeshotting races on their cheater yz250fs with the black LBZ gear and the studded belts.

He should be in Ralphs position IMO. Ralph can drive a show pretty well, but how he just seems to say the dumbest stuff, simplifies everything to a 3rd grade level, and steamrolls Jeff all the time is getting old. I think any adult who doesnt still wear diapers can figure out the sport pretty quick, its not that complicated, we dont need the constant oversimplification of everything.

Im not just bashing Ralph like everyone seems to do, I know he does way more for motorsports than I ever will and doesnt just commentate supercross, but someone like DB could do a much better job for the casual viewer and the hardcore moto heads than Ralph can.

Thats my piece, Ralph I love you, but please.... just let Jeff talk every once in a while....

No. He can't be in Ralph's position. His strength is in analysis so he would take jeffs spot

I usually defend emig and Ralph but it was apparent how much better analysis we got from Blair. Jeff wasn't breaking it down nearly as well

Man I couldnt agree more, DB was awesome. Remember when I said lets put someone else in the place of Jenny, like Albertson? Well I will take Daniel Blair.

Jenny is real sweet, very professional and super good looking, but idk why, I find zero value in her commentary, and most of the time I think she is long winded and tune her out.

I would say put Blair in Jennys spot, Put Jenny handling some other fluff stuff like Social Media or whatever, and leave Juliana doing the starts and dancing on a speaker, and tossing shirts in the crowd. In the end, it really doesnt matter as I will still watch the races every Saturday night, even if they put Jeffro on there!

He was very good. They really should try to add that guy full time if he is not already. Pro motocross could use someone like that as well. MXGP also could use someone like that.

He never gets the chance. As soon as he starts getting into something Ralph will steamroll him with nonsense

Daniel is great for the sport. If you want more of him give his Mainevent Moto podcast a listen. I don't miss any episodes. He has a great approach to the sport we all live.

Very Impressed. He nailed it. Very professional, and natural - nothing forced, looked like he's been doing it for years. Good to see him hopefully securing a spot in the sport after retirement (from racing)

I believe he lives in AUS now. He's still pretty active with his team FAH-Q deal.

I remember watching Blair on a 125 in Northern California. He was probably 18. Been following him ever since. His last pro race was in 2010 I believe? Where he qualified for the main. But I remember back in 2004 he would lead heat races in the 250 class!

Daniel Blair was awesome, in my opinion. He has a different way of explaining the technical stuff that I think makes it easier for non-moto people to understand.

He did a good job. I think the combo of Ralph and Jeff has run it's course and is completely stale at this point. I think Ralph does a pretty decent job overall. I say time to move on from Fro and bring Daniel into the booth with Ralph.

Even my girlfriend commented on how she liked what he had to say. And that he has a cool voice. I agree.

I thought Daniel Blair done a very good job. He definitely didn't sound like a rookie broadcaster, he sounded like a veteran. They should keep him for the rest of the rounds and sign him up for next year.

I vote for a Blair, Ping and Deny Stephenson triple header with special guest Jimmy D.
