I think the 250F is the best choice for kids moving up and kids who want to race. For a vet guy, especially a heavier guy, the 350F has a lot more to offer and they are very easy to ride. The 350F doesn't have the gnarly torque that tires you out, but you can still get over a jump from an inside line or torque through the deeper dirt.
