Do you know anything about the circumstances for Herlings in that race? Herlings is next level and a lot of us have been saying it for years and have been correct. A lot of American fans didn't want to hear it.

I love this mindset that is suddenly making an appearance. "Wahhh those guys are faster than I thought..... I'll now complain about how pointless the race is. Give me my ball. I'm going home!"

It seems that the pace and track roughness is shocking the AMA riders.

In the races.... Because they are more strategic with when they go fast. Last week in the first moto, Herlings was like the only guy to not go faster than his practice times in the actual race. It was like he had plenty more speed but was making sure he could win the moto and not kill his energy.

Or those guys are much faster. This is line with how much faster Herlings was than Tomac in practice last week

So in a test of pure speed. The GPs are head and shoulders above. I have a theory that the riders in the USA have better fitness because of their training programs and can run their fastest pace for 30+2 but GP riders have to back off a little to run the full motos

But I know.... Herlings broke his femur last year and swapped moto wins with webb a month later

Or the actual reality which is he would have been in the 450 class sooner if KTM didn't require him to stay down.

I really hope they get segment times fixed soon. It's nice to see who is charging

Nobody cares about the mx2 class. They develop their riders to be great 450 riders. LOL at you equating the kids class to Herlings stomping everyone

This is all about heat prep. Yeah that track is smooth. The reason why he's better than everyone is because he doesn't usually practice in those conditions.

Herlings is a freak talent. Just like roczen. They are basically spawn of james Stewart. A lot of people didn't want to believe how good he is but he's amazing and he showed it this past weekend. Just because he won doesn't mean his set up was ideal.

It's kind of odd to me that all of the GP guys are waiting until today to travel over. That just tells me that it will be the Herlings and AMA show

This is why it is so awesome that it was Herlings who did this. He makes people insane. He was always the rider who potentially was the fastest in the world and the AMA flag wavers were always intimidated by that. So he was just a sandbagger and he got his ass kicked by cairoli because he underestimated the class...

You are on glue if you think Marvin was in cruise control. Herlings got faster later in the race.
