1st lap lead, 4th lap i blew her up.

That place got so windy and it was scary launching off the top of that hill,be on one side of the track when you took off and land on the other edge of the track when you landed.

First race of this year Open B



Last year a friend thought he could beat me on a quad so I borrowed and Buddy's TRX250R and he borrowed his dad's TRX450R. I took the holeshot both motos and won both as well. It was my first time on a track with a quad.

I was at Saddleback for the last national in 84, I will look through my pics again but I think I have some of you (not holeshot, just racing pics).

Haha...I knew who he was. He and I battled for the lead for half the moto until O'Mara blew by us after a 1st turn crash with Ward. Sadly, for me, I caught a plastic fence with my bars before the moto ended.

I raced at Saddleback, but I still had a cast on my arm that day.
