Anyone heard when they will be released? Spy pics?

I have heard a few whispers about EFI on the 450....
Actually there is some news that the new 250f Husky has the lightest 250F engine ever, and the bike will have a dry weight of 92kg....which puts it at the same or less than the Jap bikes. Not that I'd buy a Husky....

yes new engine for the tc and te 250 bikes but the 310 is the older engine with a big bore kit and steel valves as light as the queen mary's anchor.

the only 09 mx bike I've seen so far at the dealer I work for is the KX250f, still haven't uncrated it yet. I'll be sure to rip the crate apart and take super secret insider cell phone pics if any hondas come in soon though.

The manager of the factory Honda team in europe said this- "The bike for next year is fantastic, I think it will surprise a lot of people- it is something completely different and i think we will be able to compare it to the introduction of the aluminium-framed bike." Sounds good.
What else would he say? The 09's are sort of crappy?

Wasn't the 97 - 98 CR 250 voted the most dangerous design due to the super rigid POS frame that would vibrate so hard you would get arm pump before the gate dropped. It had a strong motor but the high-siding POS caused more injuries than all the other brands combined. A few pro's would not even ride it especially MC. He said that bike would end his career. You could case a jump over and over on another brand but case that same jump on one of those two bikes and break an ankle or shatter your heels. I hope it is not like those years bike. I can't wait to see the new Honda. I will finaly be healed enough to ride by then and might want to get back on a fresh new bike.

I had one and raced it every weekend for a while and did well but it really was way to rigid. The motor was really good and that made up for it for me.

EID is probably yelling at some one on the mic while this shot was taken.Whistling

Factory Photo is saying one of the rumors for the 09 Honda's is Kayaba suspension??? I believe Honda owns a large interest in the Showa company. Does that mean they're saying their own company can't compete with KYB? Please someone give me some feedback.

Says it right here bro..

j/k its just a strong rumor nobody knows shizzle until press release.

All the CR125s had KYB components from around 97 to 2006 so its no big deal for Honda to use them again. .

Big changes. I'm looking forward to it, but this is gonna be one expensive bike.
KYB?

Honda owns Showa. Why would they use KYB? Not saying its not possible just odd.

The 97 was a powerhouse. Great for straight lines.

CRs had KYB before. Didn't 125 had Showa forks and KYB shock one year? Honda want to make both company happy or something. I think 125 came with Dunlops and 250 came with Bridgestone (or the other way) in same year model too.

"I've heard" Honda is having a press test day on Sep. 10th in Japan. so info should be available about that time.

CR 250 had KYB in 95-96 but those sucked too.
8/21/2008 5:16am
it should be KYB in the front and showa on the back.

Calimero said it was awesome on our flemish message board, if it was crap he would say it too lol Laughing

That Showa to KYB switch (if true) baffles me too because like mentioned above they own Showa..... as for the 97 CR I had one of those and the engine was downright fast, awesome power and revved to the moon that year. Funny someone mentioned the shattered heels and chronic highside problems because BOTH happened on that bike 1 shattered heel and one violent highside, other than that the seat could crush diamonds but overall I really liked that bike...
