Yeah, great ride for him. I just wish Suzuki would give them some support.
Hell, he's the fastest Suz out there. C'mon Suzuki, throw some trick stuff his way!!

Whether it's the RMZ or just the confidence it gives him, it's definitely a good fit. Here's to him continuing to fight through SX and being healthy and sharp for the nationals!

Good ride for Alessi. Fourth is pretty darn good. He is now 8th in points and climbing. If he can keep up the good rides, he might be abl eto get 6th or 7th for the year. He is only 11 points out of 5th - but he does have some fast guys behind him in Hanson and Brayton and MIllsaps.

Not only will we get good racing for the championship - it should be pretty good racing for 5th - 14th as well.

That bike has more tricks than the factory suzuki from the transmision to the cams and cylinder head .and he has a good suspension guy.Jeff got the same package this weekend.

He is definitely picking up his pace as of late. He isnt that far off the fast guys. A litle more work, and he could be there. Confidence probably more than anything will help him. He is actually looking really good in the whoops.

He's fast on a bike and gets great starts. Anyone notice that everytime he looks backs he gives up a spot ?

Wait a minute, I read on VitalMX that Mike Alessi is washed up and has no chance against anyone in this field?

Big Props to MA800, man he looks like a completley different rider on the RMZ450.... what a difference!!
Back to getting holeshots, his overall speed is up BIG TIME, and he is flying through the whoops now.....WTF.

Can't wait to see him outdoors on this bikeWink

The little interaction I've had with them, they seemlike really good people. Very passionate and dedicated with some mistakes along the way just like everyone else. I hope someday he gets to represent the USA in the mxdn.

HaHa are we watching the same races? 4th place is awesome but his results are no better on the rmz than the katoom. And as far as him killing it in the whoops I think you may wanna recheck your thinking bro.

I`m not a believer about outdoors anymore. This is when Allesi was at his best and Villopoto just laughed at him. I haven`t seen any changes for three years, speed is the same.

Did you forget what he looked like on the ktm last year? While I dont expect him to run down and beat Stewart and Villopoto straight up, he looks 100 times better, more confident and is definetly faster on the RMZ.
He's held off reed and stewart for a few laps in some races this year already.
Last year he was rolling the whoops section while on the ktm.

No doubt Mike is fast as hell and has been for years.

I think at times he pushes it a bit too much and it bites him. Bad luck obviously plays into this as well.

I also think jumping around from team to team has overall hurt as well.

I`m sure he will, Robert.
BTW what kind of fan would I be if I stopped believing and just jumped on a bandwagon for a rider who`s winning right now? Oh wait, I`d be like you.

I don't think 2 laps in a red flagged heat race is exactly making a huge statement. If he is sooo much faster his results do not really show it. He is riding well for sure, but not exactly setting the world on fire from previous years like you say.
