just an example of what a 450 cc 2017-2019 crf 450 can do .i ran on 2 diferent dynos the higher numbers are from my dyno which was always consistent with fmfs dyno and the lower on a stingy dyno jet showing a 2018 stocker around 53 hp this is by no means a mx bike theses engines...

1/8/2019 8:35am the flatter the better you dont want a spike in the power when your leaned over @ 80 mph and trying to feed it throttle .

8/22/2018 11:25am Hopfully when they replace the head and parts you will get the 2019 compnents there was border line problems with valve geometry. and the exhaust ports were just to big .i did not want to even touch 1 waiting and hoping the new compnents leave the engine guys somthing a bit beter than the 2018 .

8/6/2018 9:11am the forks are the cerianis magnesium when i built the bike it had the ribbed cherianis on it i turned them into the shock i cut off the tubes and machined internal threads and made new caps i could not run springs in them i welded up 1 dapening hole and used 30 weight for oil i ran over 100...

7/24/2018 2:22pm Theres a possibility that the curent bikes have a head of my design but thats not for sure they have contracted me in the past years and i built them some heads to test and use but Kawasaki uses a lot of pepole to build components to test so we cant say for sure if they adopted my desighn .

3/31/2018 6:33am Put a dial indicator on your intake bucket and line up your tdc mark on your ignition during overlaop the intake should be around .082" with .005 lash if your cam has spun it will be a lot less lift i graphed almost every cam honda has made since 2003 and usally took a TDC lift number .
