It's pouring rain where I live 4 hours away, not sure the race will be good today so I will not log on nbc sports gold till the lightning stops here...1-7 is supposed to be the worst of it.

For the 250 class it really is AC vs Star Racing Yamaha. They have 4 riders in the top 6. Their bikes are sooo good.

Probably they are.

The sport didn't want 500 two strokes anymore and killed the open class so fast forward 15-20 years and basically we still have the 500/open class (450's) and 250 class (250F's). The real loser is the 125 class. All the bikes are great now but the horsepower per class is up bigtime over the old days.
