I had a little chat with Irish Saunders from Hoosier last weekend about what they're up to as they move into the MX/SX world. You can check it out here.

Talking with Irish, he said that the tires they’re racing with now are all handmade.

I’ve also just mounted an x25 18” rear and x30 front on my off-road bike.
They aren’t for everyone, considering the price, but if cost is not a deal breaker, I suggest you try some for yourself ! You can thank me later.....
but they hit for real out here, the British team is always popular for the teams champs,
(and these cars all run Hoosiers as well)

Running an mx30 on the front and it has worked well in just about all traction levels, best on the hard pack and int conditions, but still has a soft terrain tread pattern so it works pretty good in sand as well. I will probably try the mx25 front next as well.
But like Keefer said in the podcast, and I couldn’t have said it better, it’s a premium race tire, not a budget tire, so I don’t expect them to last as long as some other tires.
I have a 110 that I bought for my KTM 150. It’s lighter than the Dunlop 100/90-19 and slightly bigger. It should be a nice fit....

I am not sure how the 120 would look on a 1.85” rim but according to Hoosier’s tech specs you can run it.
