That is awesome right there! Dean is a super cool guy. Met him at Muddy Creek last year and he was super cool with my little girls. Big props Deano!

So Dean posted on social media about doing this earlier in the week and he gave credit to Mookie for the idea...

One cool thing to see is that young man was "cool" the entire time... although I'm sure inside he was crazy stoked. He just seemed to view Dean as just another guy and I think that's exactly what Dean wanted as well. I remember looking up to guys like Rick Johnson and Jeff Ward and how approachable they were and how they would just be around like any other normal guy at the track. It's cool to see that mentality still exists today and that success and fame hasn't gotten to everyone.

You won’t find many people in this sport with a bigger heart than Dean. The things he does for fans and people in the industry behind the scenes is truly selfless.

What a class act Dean is. Not only finding the right kid to give the bike too , but spending 4 days doing it and making sure he found the right kid. Dean is one cool dude.

couldnt have chose a better kid to win the bike! I’ve watched luke at our series and his bike was very old and had problems but he and his family always shows up and works hard to keep him on the track. This was exactly what he needed. Good job deano on making the right pick and putting in the time finding him.

Awesome of Deano! Malcolm did a similar thing with a PW50 at Ponca. My friend’s son actually won the bike. I guess Malcolm also arranged for Seven and some other brands to include a 1 year sponsorship too.

I know a lot of you guys on here probably think I dislike Dean Wilson, but I actually think he's a cool dude. It's good to see riders make videos like this, shows they're human and not just some robot training and racing all the time. Dean has always been one of the more likable riders in the industry so hopefully he makes more videos. It's good all around, for the athlete, sponsors, manufacture, and the fans. Good on you Deano!

Mad respect for him doing that. And lucky kid! Those little bikes are so trick compared to what most of us rode. Great time for kids and these awesome little bikes. Looks like he found the perfect kid. Cool deal all the way around. Damn, that video took me from a shitty pissed off mood to smiling and motivated.

I didn't even hear about Malcolm doing a give away. Was it discussed here? Love seeing and hearing of people doing cool stuff like this.
