Rocky Mountain’s unwillingness to correct a shortcoming in their business model is their problem. And, it’s certainly their prerogative. But there ain’t nothin wrong with ol boy sharing his experience. I didn’t hear any “canceling” going on. Just a consumer sharing his poor experience on a discussion forum of like minded individuals that have a high likelihood of using the same service he’s just been disappointed with.

Really, Dude? It appears to me, he has attempted to do all the right things. I also understand posting his concern here does nothing to remedy his situation, but at least he is letting others know to beware. Nothing more. If he is "Talking out of his ass" why would they be changing the design of some neck braces? Sure sounds like he was on to something there to me.
