I spent a weekend in Kansas City to watch a good friends son race an arenacross. He was there, had his image on the flyers, the whole bit. He did his act, he jumped into a few races and goon rode, and the crowd ate it up. It was interesting. Justin Brayton was there with Jeff Bloss, so they interviewed him, the crowd was way more stoked to see Jimmy than Justin. The guy is 30-35 years old, what other marketable skill does he have? This is exactly why a road bike is better for training to a very high cardio level. You can do it day in and day out and it doesn't beat you up. If you only have a couple of hours a week to ride then get the bike that is most fun to you. If you're looking to ride 20+ hours a week to reach an elite level of fitness, you'll want to get a road bike. They are perfect for a pro motocross training regime. Well no shit he can. Dude was one of the top 1% of dirt bike riders in the world at one point. That's the lamest reason for dissing on someones opinion EVER. "Oh yeah, well you're not as fast as Ricky Carmichael so you can't have an opinion on Supercross." Give me a break. Please, fill us in on all your personal experiences with Mitch and how fun he is...can't wait to hear them...

Road for fitness. Can control heart rate and do exactly what you want. I like the zen of it too. But I live in one the the best MTB spots in the country and we have amazing trails and it’s more of s fun thing.

Went to a restaraunt by Lumen Field, Jimmy's, and had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries which was rather delicious. Which moves me to my next point. I'm really glad I ate before I went into the stadium because prices for food and drink seemed liked legalized thievery to me. I did buy two of the lemon flavored alcohol beverages which were 24 oz and a bag of popcorn. The total came up to over $45 dollars, which is ridiculous. 3/26/2023 2:01pm Road u can control output and work on aerobic fitness at high cadence without beating the shit out of yourself. Also helps with flexibility a bit if you have the right fit and dont sit like a Fred on the bike.
