I would go with The Leok family heritage First with Tanel Leok and Sebastian Leok - Tanel is age 41 and still could get a point at MXGP's and Sebastian had a breakthrough year at EMX and ADAC Also Aigar Leok and Lucas Leok could be a fast combo

Swervin' Mervin and Max Anstie are somewhere on the list. Maybe not near the top but they deserve a mention. Also, Mickael Pichon's son Zach in representing France on the Trophy Team at the ISDE and although that isn't motocross per se, the kid's gotta be fast on a dirt bike to represent his country at that level.

Pretty cool full circle moment for Ramsey to be managing the 250 team seeing as he was the first rider in the US to get KTMs new 250f its first SX win in ‘05.

It’s wasn’t weight of the extra equipment that was the deal breaker on the Honda or Suzuki for Roczen (& Brayton- Honda), it was the impact it had on the feel of the engine.

The fact roczen removed the electric start from his honda in 17/18 and stuck with a kickstart shows it must make a noticeable difference at that level. so chances of a aftermarket bolt on kit being good enough is very slim.

I ran the numbers and 695 different riders matched up with Eli Tomac in SX mains, MX overalls, and SMX overalls over the course of his whole career. Roczen (275), Barcia (275), and Anderson (269) are the three riders with the most races against Tomac. Roczen tied Barcia for the most in Tomac's last ever appearance in Ridgedale last weekend. I built a sortable and searchable table of all 695 riders on my website along with a brief history of Roczen, Anderson, and Barcia's first and last meetings with Tomac. I'll give it about the same weight as a regional sx title. 6 motos, but actually the same amount of racing 6*20=120, 8*15=120). Add a little weight for the seeding, subtract a little for the lack of prestige. Close enough to call it even.

I’m safe because we have a diverse viewership, good content structure, and great advertising partners. We can pivot when needed to and we’ll change up our content if we need to. “Part of the machine” That machine has vilified me this year. Being at the races hasn’t been fun experience this year.

i strongly disagree. Before he got injured Valin was 6th in points, after 9 GPs, just 20 points from McLellan in 3rd. Including a GP win and another 2 qualifying wins. To me he look exactly on the upward trajectory to battle for more GPs this season and even more in 2027.
