Had mine 1 year now, besides couple software issues first month, no problems since. Vet rider- Sacramento area tracks. I can ride as much as I want or can handle- descent shape for an old guy. I normally do 25” motos- battery down to 50-60%. I rest - plug into my 999$ 240 V charger. 1%|min- maybe 25” rest- battery...

I know post old, but just wanted to thank you for posting wiring diagram/ parts. I had a loose brown and black wire- followed your diagram and solved my puzzle of the missing condenser. I guess others have lost this part as well- after finding out what the 2 wires went to I googled the problem, caused my bike to...
I know old thread , but I just encountered this problem. Riding on track- just died on a straight(thankfully), pushed it back with a wtf. Checked fuse- yes burned out, why? Didn’t know but bike started up after replacing. Washing it at home I noticed 2 wires - a brown and a black dangling next to exhaust- yes found my...
Okay, so I just took my dogs for a walk through the woods on my property, and it occurred to me that all those people like me who were posting positive thoughts, have simply left and bought their Stark Vargs. They have predictably abandoned you because that's what they, that's what WE, always do. We don't bother with you, because you're like a pest, like a gnat, like mold on bread. We then go on with our lives up there in those houses you admire from afar, houses (like mine) that have car and motorcycle collections and feature motocross tracks...

That's funny. Actually no, neither my parents, my siblings, my teachers, nor my friends, thought I had a snowball's chance in hell in accomplishing the things in life I now have. And if I'm honest, I have to admit they were right NOT to believe in the direction I chose. Love has a way of making people overvalue practicality, and my entire life has been a series of a reckless leaps and longshooter's longshots. Electric bikes, however, are not as I once was. They are a CHIP shot. They are a lay-up. They are a virtual inevitability. The only question...

Yes, delivery 9/24 in white 80 hp. I race othg on a 18’ yz450f with rekluse full auto and left hand brake- don’t touch the foot brake and clutch only at line. I was debating factory husqvarna vs waiting for 22 yz450f and then choosing. I am 52 y/o guy 1.5 years new to motocross- having ridden mtb most of...

Couldn’t find the one I was thinking about - but I have a copy. MX suspension set up. All taken from Ride Concepts INC setup giudes. Spring Rates and Tyres Motorcycle suspension uses springs to hold the bike and rider at the proper height and position. The spring rate, or "stiffness" of these springs needs to be correct for the bike, rider weight, rider height, ability, and application. These springs are designed to have a certain amount of sag, with the rider on the bike. This is absolutely crucial! Most dirtbikes role off the showroom floor with an un-ballanced combination...

Can you link the best site for “motocross suspension setup information “? Not finding one mentioning handling characteristics and tuning to. My daughter on an fc250 22’ after 1 year on Yz250f. I have ordered 2 spring sizes down according to Husqvarna manual- as she is 120lb. I would like to learn more about what to look out for and...

I don’t know when, but at some point more R&D money will be directed to electric bikes and start to slow down ICE bike development.

Yamaha is really stupid for not making a 350. If they slimmed up the blue pig with an all new YZF350 it would be my next bike.

Kids 2019 yz250f- at about 30 hours difficult starting, never was as good as our 18 yz450f, one valve little tight, new battery- tusk. Has always been a bit shy of oil on changes. Seemed to help but within couple hours same. Spark plug black, some smoke(and using oil). Has always ran well once started. Reading posts- saw several regarding...

Update. Able to get through to Brandon who apologized for not getting back to me. Yes, known issue with newer yz fork guards, their engineering dept is working on it. Has something to do with thinner guards and sinking depth. They have sent me replacements. I asked to be kept in loop regarding permanent fix/ fork guard replacements. I will...

I have not received my replacements yet, and phone says moving offices. I tried sinking and also removing washer but then it fails to engage. Keeping extra fork guards is an idea but not ideal. Pro taper needs a fix, at least for yzf forks. At the least have parts available for their products - 6 weeks waiting for an...

Where are you racing Isaac? If you are heading up to local races at OPMC, the competition won't be as tough. Some of the bigger series like PAC West and P.R.O. have a lot of entries and that's where you'll see the faster B riders in our area. If you can already run up front in the C class without riding beyond your skill level, move up and learn the pace. To be competitive in B, you need to be able to go fast anywhere on the track, not just in one preferred line. It's harder to do when you're...

Yes, we had one actually break off. Contacted pro taper- will replace but not available till February? The one on the other bike looks like yours leading me to believe it will also break. Will try sinking further/ possible grind down screw head? Gorilla tape as mentioned. Seems to work well but durability?

Thanks for sharing. New on here. My 15 year old daughter 5’3” will soon be coming off her big wheel tc105. I told her just be more aware of where she might stop and electric start will be great with restarting if she hits the dirt. She is new rider learning track and trail.
