The jump line into the sand was really fast, Anderson was using it too and made up a bunch of time there. I think Swoll thought it was good enough to jump in front of Hammaker and it just didn’t work out like that. Just over ambitious in my opinion. I’d bet Triumph liked the aggression…

I think the jump line that Swoll took into the sand was inspired, and reminded me of the time Stewart landed on Carmichael's back in motocross. Both were ill advised. Both failed. Both made you wonder what they were thinking. At least Swoll landed in front, just not by enough. If he would have landed a full bike length in front of Seth, that move would be celebrated on Vital forever.

I think if eli doesn’t win, and isn’t in the race, he just rides at a comfortable pace and doesn’t care what the result is 4th or 10th is the same to him..

Sure, there was a title battle brewing and he wasn't in it. I think he was just being respectful as he would want others to be to him. He already cost him some points last weekend and with 3 races, he didn't want to cause an issue for the team. But that doesn't explain giving way to Anderson and Sexton so easily. Those two were riding like the race meant something to them. They both sent the message to Coop that he wasn't riding at a level he needed to. And Coop knows it. 100% on Coop.

Yes, Webb needs jett to make a mistake, as it looks like Webb can't straight up catch n pass jet

Maybe we should talk to Joe Shimoda about the pass Hunter put on him at Pala? Definitely not a clean pass there. Every guy on the line is an alpha male. They really don't care what the other guy thinks of their racing style or us.

I just think he's riding how he's always ridden. Hunter was just another dude on the track. It's funny though Hunter and Jason had an incident and it's automatically Anderson vs The Lawrence Brothers. What? Jett is busy winning a sx title. He's not thinking about Anderson

Swoll was riding GREAT! He just got overcome with podium fever and made a bad decision. I really hope Swoll and the Triumph guys can build on this.

Antsie damn near did the same thing to Hammaker a few laps before. If you went double triple into that sand you ended up outside fast, and if someone was there, you were hitting them. Good aggression, bad timing/decision making.

This is the best SX season Swoll has had in my opinion. He made a dumb mistake and it cost him. He has been riding really well and was rooting for him.

Same here, great showing for triumph tonight.. just a young kid mistake cost them their first podium.. what jalek showed tonight is that he has the speed and heart and thats something teams can work with. seth was just an innocent victim this time unfortunately.

Learning lesson while chopping wood …

WTF? Dude just gave them their first heat win and was in position to get their first podium until he got impatient. Where you come up with this stuff???

I see precisely the opposite. It didn't go down like intended, maybe a little too much aggression, but he shows he wants it, and has the speed.

Calm down dude. It ain't that deep.

I don't know that it would have mattered . Jett seems to just do what's necessary to win when he's in that position. Chase gets the lead down to 3 seconds and Jett gives it that little extra and pulls away .

Great to see DF14 back racing.

Haiden seems to be maturing some, I didn't expect him to be so level headed after that race
