4/5/2024 11:17am I started racing at 23. I couldn’t clear a table top and would finish last place in the beginning but slowly worked at it and got better to the point of reaching A grade. The number one thing is not to get disheartened when your getting beaten badly in the beginning and take the small victories of progression. Secondly the biggest issue I saw with other guys similar pace but not progressing is intensity when you ride, every time your at the practice track ride with intensity and purpose.

4/3/2024 9:32pm I'll go ahead an accept that I am a keyboard warrior, but I will still harp on the broadcast for making the dumb decisions that they do. Showing a pre recorded interview during a live race was a decision that was made BEFORE the race even started.. That is unacceptable and can easily be fixed by simply SHOWING THE RACE. Don't even split screen it. Just show the live race and that is all. Don't show us Jett watching the race while he is in the pits.. let us, the fans, watch the flipping race. As for what Ricky says...

4/3/2024 9:29pm They got a point! These riders are performing at a very high level, and they are human too. They hurt sometimes and other times they are on their A game, riders and announcers alike. Be generous to them and respect their hard work and skills; they are among the best athletes in the world. Link 1:17:48

4/3/2024 5:23pm They say they have "data" but it sounds like nobody has actually seen the data. Seems to me like they cherry-picked the whoops because it's an easy variable. I wonder what the actual sample size is...10 crashes in the past 20 years? I remember when Webb crashed on the dragons-back, did anyone hear him blame the obstacle? I think even RC said something about "you actually get to control the speed with your right wrist." Eli nailed it with "this is the top level" and basically saying let the riders decide. Nobody says you have to skim 15 nasty whoops...
