First, take a break. To stay in shape and have a ton of fun, buy yourself a mountain bike. Don't do the downhill bombing stuff that will break your neck just as easy. Then, get yourself a Vintage/Evo bike and ride those tracks. The jumps are dumbed down and it is a lot safer but still fun as hell!

Here is a picture of my 01 125. This was Danny Smith's outdoor practice bike. It came with the Factory suspension that is amazing! I'm in the middle of doing a frame up build on a 78 YZ 100. After that, this is going to get a complete rebuild!

I watch it on my computer and run the picture through my TV. The only problem I have with watching it live is for some reason I cannot enlarge for full screen. When I watch it recorded then I can enlarge. Anyone else have this problem?
