10/18/2021 3:05pm Also Malin has an insane amounts of knowledge of all the riders. And i really mean all of them. EMX and WMX riders included. And he's respectful enough to learn how most of the names are pronounced. He's the benchmark commentator in the sport.

10/18/2021 3:05pm I was going to comment on Malins' 'Dad Joke' tendency, which are always pretty corny, but funny, and, usually well matching whatever we are seeing on the screen. When I heard that one jemcee , I was torn between him either modifying the Bob The Builder theme song, or using the TCQ Song. With the song being from around 1990(?), it sits at the 'Dad' level - hell, it , and Bob The Builder, sit at the 'Grandad' level. And, his breaking into song during the Pre-Show was a crack up - Lisa was agog at that. Yes, Malin is...

10/18/2021 3:04pm I like Weege as a commentator but I wouldn't put him anywhere near the level of Malin. Malin is like a combination of the best aspects of other commentators but even better than them in their best aspects. Imo Malin is better at keeping things exciting than Weege, better than Fro, RC and Langston at explaining what's going with the riders, he's the best at knowing what's going on in the race, he actually knows who the riders are and he can be pretty funny at times. In terms of moto commentary he's untouchable imo

10/18/2021 3:02pm It wouldn't be half as good without Malin in the booth. He really let's you know what you need to know and adds to the excitement. He's also bloody funny, i.e. ''Uncle Tony'' and ''Jeremy Seaweed''.

To me this looks like Prado made a serious judgment mistake cross jumping. Hope they both are a reasonable approximation of okay. Herlings has had a gnarly year. Smart to walk away instead of starting something

9/1/2021 1:30pm This^^^^ is the point people are trying to make. Ryno gets on his little soap box rants and calls people all kinds of shit. He’s called vaxxers all kinds of weak, pussy, sheep etc. but now laying on the table I’d bet my last dollar that he didn’t have the balls then to call a vaxxed dr, nurse, caretaker etc anything but sir, ma’am while they put him back together. That’s the irony and hypocrisy that people are trying highlight. There is an old saying that goes something like: never step on anyone’s toes today because they may be connected...

8/18/2021 4:30pm You're exactly right. What you just described is the same process that has occurred in every sport's development and advancement. It's the same reason why the NBA will never see another guy like Bill Russell lead his team to 11 championships in 13 years, and why the MLB will never see another guy like Babe Ruth who totally blew the doors off of every other hitter that had ever played the game from a hitting standpoint (unless PEDs are involved, i.e. Barry Bonds).

7/15/2021 4:28pm Guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. In my opinion if you want to suck roost and be a back marker, burn away! I was racing 30 plus, was getting high most days including the night before racing, rode mid-pack, generally with the other stoners. Guess I was okay with paying for someone else's prize money. Then one day I wondered what would happen if I did not get high after Wednesday night for a Saturday race. It was like a switched classes, was racing with guys I never saw during a race before. Went from sucking...
