So this is awesome. I hope 2 strokes become way more common (again) at nationals. It’s good for the sport

I'm willing to pay $9K for a 2022 KX250 2 stroke. Alas, even though I've never owned any brand but green, my days of buying "new" Kawasaki's sadly ended long ago.

Thought a long time about the yz250fx but ended up buying the yz250x. Decided 2 stroke would be better for me

I’m lucky to live within 30-45 min of a couple tracks and about an hour from a couple good off road areas. Accessibility is not my particular issue. Currently cost is. Dealer fees are insane around where I live (maybe everywhere?) I go to buy a pw50 for my 5 year old and after all the fees it’s 3k — completely ridiculous in my opinion. I realize COVID has made demand higher but it’s despicable to see dealers cashing in like this instead of trying to make the sport more accessible. I’m 100% ready for D2C motocross bikes. I do most service myself anyway because again, dealer mechanic fees are also sky high.

Really great content in these reviews. I own a 20 yz250f and love it, but have always wanted to take a cr250 for a spin. I’m not as worried about outright performance, I’m more of a practice day warrior at the tracks. I bought yz250f based on reputation and reliability rather than outright track speed. It sounds like the Honda might be the most comfortable bike on the test and that is why it interests me
