Once again some great racing today and this series has had some of the best racing I’ve seen in several years IMO!!

It wouldn't be half as good without Malin in the booth. He really let's you know what you need to know and adds to the excitement. He's also bloody funny, i.e. ''Uncle Tony'' and ''Jeremy Seaweed''.

I`m not a fan of Malin, then I tried to watch it with latvian or Eurosport announcers and they are horible. At the moment Malin is the best.

yeah i do think he is the best out there , had to watch the last few races with ambient sound as the original commentary of Malin wasnt available , but today he was back and made the races even more exciting

Yes it was!! Amazing Grand Prix once again and the fans was awsome! What an atmosphere they made up! MXGP just keep gettin better! What an amazing 2 mxgp motos again today! You are on your feet every Sunday afternoon! Can’t really predict anything when the gate goes down, Herlings made a lovley pass on Jorge before pit lane… the motocross that these guys are givning us every weekend now is just what we love about This sport it’s so good to watch i have a smile on my race every time and Malin makes it perfect with his voice in the commentator box! Can’t wait for next weekend already👏 You can blame mxgp how much you want but damn it’s good right now👌

I thought it was funny that Malian was not a fan of the track prep before the second motos….he kept brining it up about the one lined corner that in the first moto had several lines!!

I think Malin and Weege are tied and the rest are noticably a lesser caliber of commentators.

I like Weege as a commentator but I wouldn't put him anywhere near the level of Malin. I was going to comment on Malins' 'Dad Joke' tendency, which are always pretty corny, but funny, and, usually well matching whatever we are seeing on the screen.

When I heard that one jemcee , I was torn between him either modifying the Bob The Builder theme song, or using the TCQ Song.

With the song being from around 1990(?), it sits at the 'Dad' level - hell, it , and Bob The Builder, sit at the 'Grandad' level. And, his breaking into song during the Pre-Show was a crack up - Lisa was agog at that.

Yes, Malin is awesome.

He can carry an entire 2 days of racing by himself, but also seamlessly accommodate another guest commentator, with no problems at all. Cool

Also Malin has an insane amounts of knowledge of all the riders. And i really mean all of them. EMX and WMX riders included. And he's respectful enough to learn how most of the names are pronounced.

He's the benchmark commentator in the sport.

I agree Malin is the best out there by a mile. He did an interview with Matthes, it was great, he has such a good memory from when he was racing.

Malin was a great rider, and has forged a great career in the commentators chair. I was lucky enough to watch him race GP's and British Championships back in the day. He would of been a World Champ if Tortelli hadn't of appeared. A friend and I bumped into him at St Jean MXdN after the race, decent guy to talk with. He gave us easily a good 20-30 mins of his time.
