I think southern Georgia has a solid resume for quality facilities and fairly compliant winter training weather. I hope fewer people in Florida sell out to developers and keep the dirt bike culture around. Spyder MX sold their old property to a developer recently, but thankful they found a new home nearby to keep it going.

Side note…We bag on flaggers and track workers a lot…but that dude was on it when it happened. Kudos to that track worker!

Been following on tv past 4-5 years, decided to go to St Louis for the race, took my gf and her 2 kids. Awesome time!!!!!!!!! We did the fan fest which was amazing. Having the drivers walk right by you was really cool! Seeing them work on the bikes and talking to the team was cool. The racing in person is phenomenal. Tv doesn't do it justice. The sound, the smell, just amazing. I can not wait to go to my next one and can't wait to recommend it to others. Everyone had a great time!

Yeah, 100% correct. And, why is the flagman waving the white, then checkered flag like the starter at LeMans? (Obviously, the primary reason is to draw attention to the moving flag.) Shouldn't the red cross flag be the focal point?

General admission ticket gets you into the pits till they close for the night show. Typically they don’t let you walk around with beers in the pits though. Best part of Daytona is you can bring in a small soft cooler (like a yeti hopper) and bring your own canned beers.
