These arguments about Ukraine and NATO need to stop. Currently there are three former Soviet satellite states that are now NATO. They routinely host NATO and U.S. forces, to include armor. This NATO argument is a distraction to a pure land grab by the Russians, due to U.S. political weakness.

People seem to have an issue having an objective conversation about the situation as a whole without getting their emotions in the way. All the name calling makes that obvious. It’s worse in the other Ukraine thread.

On top of that, if nothing else changed but Trump was president, they would likely have a very different opinion of the situation. Everyone agrees that Putin starting this is terrible.
