First of all, Coenens laptimes where not that much fasters, this wasnt seconds a lap faster, after lap 2 he only gained 5,5 seconds on de Wolff in the rest of the race before he crashed. Second of all, de Wolf held it together for 2 motos whereas Coenen crashed himself out...

10/7/2024 12:20am Imo the worst part is that Spain got put on the calendar during the season as the seasons finale to make it a big Prado celebration. The thinking is good (let's go to Prado country to build on the hype), but to finish your world championship at that track in that ambiance is exactly what is wrong with MXGP's marketing.
