With the money numbers mentioned in the article posted a few posted earlier (2.3 million for Hutten Yamaha) it would be weird if F&H would receive this kind of money without offering visibility (i think the fiscal department would have some questions if you sponsor these amounts without anything...

10/14/2024 1:21am De Wolf did not have a bad start and had to work his way through the field in moto 2. He was in 2nd, 6 secs behind Herlings after lap 1. I would not make much from these results, its just a well paid training ride for these GP guys.

Yes but.. I think everyone would take that trade lmao. I also feel like it might be rushed but I guess they know better whats good for him. They are pretty much set for the MX2 title with Adamo, Längenfelder and Everts anyways and just need strong MXGP riders now. I could just guess this was more like a team decision and the Coenens just went with it? Also interesting to see what De Wolf does next year.
