5/10/2026 11:55am I think it depends if Roczen decides to race next season. If Roczen stays, the team is covered for p1, and I could see Malcolm as a one year contract for p2. I just don't see Malcolm doing much much other than mid pack or occasional podium.

5/10/2026 6:32am Every round appears to use fill dirt. Based on the visible rocks during JTs whoop review, it's not even screened. I doubt they pay for/invest in soil, more likely its from local builders or in the case of SLC, from the mine.

..Rockstar has been wanting out for awhile and the time has come ..it doesnt have anything to do with the bankruptcy .if Rockstar didnt pull out then Husky would be the same next year as this year...From what i understand there will be 3 or 4 250 riders and 2 possibly 3 450 riders for ktm..Rockstar to NASCAR

5/8/2026 11:21am Yes, with Tomac it's usually other potential reasons brought up: age, lagging injury, his feeling "off" that day. But Tomac has shown he can run upfront and podium consistently when healthy. So a moot point. So in SX Prado is riding tight and getting pumped up. Ok, I can buy that. Still, that isn't expected to continue into outdoors?

5/8/2026 9:41am Or you could answer an honest question instead of providing nothing additive as a response? I get it, former mx gp champ. But since then... he's been injured, had surgery, fitness questioned. His race pace seems to trail off in short duration comparative to mx motos. And we've seen it all supercross season.

This topic just got a lot more interesting after the Husky announcement. Looks like JCoop, Malcolm and RJ all looking for rides and apparently not enough to go around. All the KTM factory contracts are up this year and with the Coenen’s potentially coming over there definitely aren’t enough seats for everyone who wants to be at KTM. Honda is set. Does Chase stay with Kawi? This potentially makes his decision even harder with fewer spots and more free agents. Star has Deegan and Webb, although Webb is reportedly looking for an SX only deal. Why is it no longer a feeder system if you have some 250 riders staying in the class? Every current 450 rider has graduated through the 250 class no? I understand the point about some riders seemingly making a career in 250s. I'd argue riders like Davalos and RJ are more the exception and not the norm, and both eventually...

I go back to the purpose of the 250 class: it's a feeder class and not the premier class. More 250 riders makes for a better pool to draw for 450 rides. RJ in place of Marchbanks on Kawasaki would be an upgrade, but maybe an established rather than emerging talent. Malcolm is way too good to not have a ride, though not sure if Kawasaki is the best place for him over RJ since I expect he would command much more than RJ/Marchbanks. Ducati looks full, Triumph as noted certainly looks like a huge upgrade to their 450 program.

This also explains the situation with RJ. Husky asked him to come back and race Supercross, he said, “give me a contract and I’ll do it” obviously they said no.
