Hey guys! Thank you for all the well wishes. Yes, I was hurt. However, I was only a little out of control BUT I never crashed! Not like the TMZ article posted! Hahaha I was riding a DRZ 400, I had to jump it over a fence. About a 45 foot gap in total. I did it three times easy. 4Th time, I carried too much speed into the face of the jump. I was tuned up walking around RBSR this last year and saw Ryan out there working on his own bike so decided to talk to him, nicest dude in the world. The dude was super genuine and just stoked he had some fans out there, I thought it was pretty bad ass to see him out there running close to top 10 then turning around and racing the GNCC the following day. Seems like the guy is just legit on two wheels and is still out there enjoying it.

I didn't know Pastrana's knees could still take that long of a race. He was probably standing all day afterwards signing more autographs, and taking more pictures with fans than all the other pros combined. The guy is the nicest badass I've ever met.
