Somewhat off-topic, but just finished F1 Drive to Survive, and "wow"! Total access to the drivers of teams that allowed it, and you see the good, bad, and ugly. It allows a normal fan to see these drivers' true personalities and make an emotional connection (or develop a disdain for them - whatever). It occurs to me that this is a huge missing piece in our sport. We basically have to rely on little snippets from IG to formulate that connection with the riders...

Great analogy - so true. I can see when things get so uncivil and personal attacks ensue that stuff has to get flushed.
