I have had this bike since '04 It looked like this until now... 
Now.... 
I realize McGrath rode the Bud Light bike in '02 but I just like the way it looks. It's my first complete engine rebuild. Also, my first time rebuilding a shock. All oem parts. New rebuilt oem crank, thanks crankworks All new bearings Replated cylinder, thanks Power seal New powervalve Reeds Slide for carb Oem Plastics McGrath graphics Tall seat Enjoy seat cover Fmf pipe and silencer Renthal bars Etc..

I kind of ran into this when I rebuilt the top end of my 93cr125 with B cylinder. I wanted an oem piston but was NLA. If you go to ProX web site, they state 92-2003 piston are interchangeable. ProX offers 4 different sizes A-D incrementally larger. Now, Honda lettering system is opposite of that, your B cylinder is the actually slightly smaller bore than the A. ProX would be the closest piston to OEM as they are cast & made by ART, the same as most Japanese OEM”s. I tried their smallest OD piston, an A piston, it was...

All I need now is a Clark tank. Actually the tank that is on the bike is a Clark. The bike had it when I bought it.

9/11/2020 6:41am Keep up the build, it will be a nice ride. Got my 125 1997 rebuilded. This winter i have to get the frame coated, build some nice wheels for it and a graphic kit with seat cover. Overal it is a low hour cr125!

This is my 4th CR rebuild. A 1993 CR250 that was in about 6 boxes. I look for the most abandoned and unloved bikes on craigslist or marketplace and try to bring them back from the dead. Almost done with this one, just need the HRC Racing clutch/ignition cover and a red cloth bar pad and I am calling it done!
