Excellent job on the frame. Wow. That is excellent fabrication. I didn’t have the nerve to cut out the dented portions and simply covered and welded in. The forks appear to be 95. 95-96 appear to be the same. 97 they switched to twin chamber. Many will encourage a switch to the twin chamber. The advance in technology with that system is considerable. Amazing how so much more complex it is. The issue comes up with the conversion is typically the bottom bracket. The stops for turning the forks has changed. Had the bike all together but decided that my cheap paint job didn't match the rest of the bike so stripped it back down and sent the frame off. Got these back yesterday

I did change it to 2022. That was my mistake. I got the year wrong by accident. You comment implies that I totally made it up. I also said public land. What other land is there that is public besides state and federal? There is public land and private land.
I have also been busy on some fabrication: I made my own bike stand out of 16 gauge sheet metal. I had some metallic blue paint leftover from another project that closely matches the F4 tank, and duplicated the kawasaki logo off the tank and cut it out on each side of the stand. The missing bearing for my rear hub showed up so I test fit my rear bushings and everything fit just right including the rear sprocket alignment. And so it begins..... It looks like the top of the fork tree is a billet piece. I have to send the cylinder to be replated.
