Edited Date/Time 1/11/2021 6:05pm
I have a 1986 CR125 that o restored. The bike did not come with its ATAC it was removed and a Pro Circuit pipe was put on. Is there something that needs to be blocked?

No the Pro circuit pipe came with a special bolt on header. The pro circuit pipe is longer than the stock pipe and should take up the extra length the atac chamber did. I had a fully modded PC 86 cr125 long ago. Porting they bored the carb bigger. Suspension mods. They also made this hrc replica swingarm and these square tube aluminium subframes which mine hard.

This ad from 85 shows the swingarm but not the subframes those came a little later. The swingarm changed the adjuster bolts from pull type to push type in front of the rear axle. Some say they were really VRP parts. They did look like VRP parts but there was no brands or markings on the ones I had.

Thanks Smoking Joe. So are you saying that since I have a PC pipe I am good? I am not sure about a special bolt. I do not remember seeing that. Can you tell me what to look for? Here is my set up.

Are you referring to the large hole? I assume the flange covers it. If there is a screw or plug that is supposed to be there I do not have it. Seems the performance would be better if that is the case.

Thanks Joe, it took me a min to figure all of it out. I am glad that I did.

There's one on mastercross for 850 euro. It's listed as a VRP part. But I believe the original pro circuit one's where really VRP.

I called that pro circuit exhaust system I have the same problem with my bike. Somebody took all my exhaust obviously because they're valuable parts for factory spec or whatnot. Pro circuit discontinued manufacturing the bypass or whatever for it maybe somebody can help both of us
