Your volcano example is terrible. Yes, if we had constant volcanic eruptions none of us would be alive. It'd be great to outlaw them or have control over them. I mean if Yellowstone decides it wants to erupt, I'd bet you'd wish we could outlaw volcanoes.

Like most things emissions are way more complicated than most people think. Setting standards is one thing, banning a type of engine makes no sense if you could make it meet standards. That makes if look more agenda driven than actual science driven.

The first hearing I went to about issue was back in 1996. Manufacturers just sat on their hands. The red sticky/ green sticky got pushed back till 2002. Ca. Voters need to clean Sacramento of leftists or you will be mandated e bikes only.

It all started with stopping production of the banshee. I’m in cali too and it’s hard to take my banshee anywhere. To bad there wasn’t some type of paper we could all sign to tell them fuk that enough is enough with regulating our state so much. I have to pay like 600 a year for all my toys to be legal and I’m getting sick of it. Now they tax my boat every year and the tax collector sent me an escaped assessment. Like wtf so now my boat registration went from 30 a year to almost 100. It’s fucking bullshit and our governor is a piece of shit too.

The other day I seen a school bus smoke like a freakin freight train and they want to ban my banshee. It doesn’t smoke like that even on my running rich days. The government should do what they say and fix their fleet of shit if they want to keep regulating us. But they don’t because they want our money. Housing here is for greedy people. I have an idea on how to take the pollution out of the air. And it will work way better than all their bullshit they have came up with so far. But for someone who isn’t rich it’s hard to make that a reality. All you have to do is have a processing plant that makes it rain if it was natural. And keep circulating the water that falls. It’s not a solution to the problem but it is a short term good solution. It will look like a huge silo with filters layered apart from eachother. Air coming in from the top and out the bottom and a collection of misters to bond the carbon with water. It’s an easy solution for the short term.

Another idea of mine is to put a small carbon capture device on roofs of cars. It captures carbon while you drive. Stop lights wouldn’t work but at least it would take the pollution down and using up energy from vehicles that already move. I have a patent pending for this also. But renewable energy is key for the long term. Hydrogen powered vehicles should be here already. You would never have to charge it or fill it up with gas. And would last for a half lifetime. Idk I’m just ranting

It doesn’t apply to green sticker bikes, or dual sports, which are DIRT BIKES. I’ve done plenty of research, I suggest you do the same.

I did change it to 2022. That was my mistake. I got the year wrong by accident. You comment implies that I totally made it up. I also said public land. What other land is there that is public besides state and federal? There is public land and private land.
