He said it multiple times during the moto 60 show this summer and to be fair, with Cairolis results and the shallow depth in the current 450 class, I think that he could do OK. I have always loved Zach’s view on racing. When he lived in Norway with Gundersen they showed up and raced a local race here in Sweden on an off weekend and not to talk about his ISDE racing and always raising his hand for MxDN. I’ve got a soft spot for those types of riders that will race anything just for the love of riding...

Watched Swap and Pinger's videos. Then I watched Michael's... The young critical thinker that I knew from when he was a young suspension tester was present in that video. The explanations of what's changed, how it works & how that changes chassis balance/feel...well...damn...that was nice to see and hear...just like the good ol' days. Stoked with how Honda went about releasing this and bringing this crowd of moto-heads to Japan for a thorough explanation of what they've developed. And. yes, I want the WE...and the RX.

Just to add... Mcagrath is tied for 10th all time in overall wins in the premier class I believe. He also has more 450 (250 in his time) overalls than Villopoto. 1 title and 2 des nations wins. I get that his career is lopsided, but he still stepped it up outside. Anyone with eyes can watch some old races and see that he meant business.

I did all that same swingarm work on my 95 cr500 a couple of years ago. Didn’t leave one scratch in it and brought it to a mirror finish. Then I thought no it needs to have the factory look so I hit it with a scotch brite pad to give it the right look, then sealed it with a 2 part chemical that dries clear without drips and seals the pores.

I did. I agree that I needed to calm down a bit. Even though I felt I was right, I went overboard a little. “Forest for the trees”. I had posted earlier in this thread that Alessi was still in custody, and then I checked back and he wasn’t, so I deleted it. I still feel that they went way outside the scope of reasonable assessment of charges on the arrest, almost at the behest of the raging rigid neighbor. Just my opinion

Saw this on the FB: Huge thanks to legend Mike Alessi for coming through Buttonwoods Motocross and doing a training camp and sharing wisdom from years of racing at the top level. This man is a complete gem of a human and was railroaded online over a borrowed fishing net from a neighbor and a completely bogus arrest. We wish him the best and stay tuned for another training camp coming soon

The Lawrence brothers have 2 seconds a lap on most everyone else in the world at the moment.

Jett uncorked a lap 2 seconds faster than Haiden on lap 16, just a few laps after falling, regrouping and taking off again. He DROPPED Haiden. Period. At this level the bell curve is so flat that it’s almost lateral. Meaning, making up 2 seconds a lap at the top tier of our sport is the equivalent of 10x more work than making up 2 seconds a lap as a 30th place rider. It’s not just 2 seconds a lap…it’s tenths of a second in 20 places on the track. This is the same reason 2nd or 3rd-9th place are...
