I had not been to a race or gotten to shoot one since 2019 because of health limitations, but the convergence of a bit cooler day, the fresh rings the docs gave the top end last year, and literally a Friday last minute hook up by Davey I was able to get out to Hangtown. It was so awesome to shoot again, rusty as I was. For all the bitching about parking and cost, etc, there's nothing like race day at the track. Deegan is progressing and adapting very fast but the Jett vs Deegan promos before the season even started were beyond cringe. Glad that’s over.
