We are friends w brooke, the girl killed in this accident. She was 9 years old my son went to school w her, and I actually sold her the bike she was killed on. It was my sons bike. First off they are a great family, and her dad does not blame the kid that hit her at all. He told me the kid was learning to ride, and basically had no where to ride because there is no in between track. It was either kids track or vet, and the kid was scared to get on the vet. He...

Oh yeah I know, I was just trying to clarify your reply to Rogers that no, you don't get to pick and choose who's getting named in the lawsuit. Once the balls rolling you don't have to control to say ok, I want to sue the riders (parents ?) , but not the track... At least not the guy I talked to. He was asking about the track, the club (otmx), the flagger, the release I signed, the hot dog lady, the guy driving the water truck. He was actually making me mad, I wasn't kidding when I said I...

My experience with lawyers and motocross tracks was after my botched femur repair. Everyone was telling me get a lawyer that's malpractice etc etc. When the process started it became clear no lawyer was going to go after a doctor unless I was dead from their mistake. But once the lawyer latched onto what happened and how, he was chomping at the bit to go after Perris. "Okaay so the flagger left his post and failed to warn you of the downed motorcycle on the track" "So this could have been prevented and was caused by negligence" I don't remember...

Unless you’re like Mr McDuff who would “sue the bejeezus out of anyone and everyone” his lawyer would go after. That’s cool Jeremy you do whatever you feel like you would need to do but like someone else said please stay away from motocross tracks. “Thank You” - Everybody

Well you would only be suing your self and possibly the person that hit you in that case then. The primary FACT is that her parents knowingly and intentionally put their child in harms way. The track did not force them to bring her to the track, , nor does the track imply that it is safe to ride there, nor did the track force them to knowingly sign a waiver that basically says they (the parents) are fully responsible for any injuries they or their child incurs at the track, period, end of story. If you get run into...

Pretty cool for SX privateer Josh Greco closing in on the finish and leading the Ironman division. I’ve seen him on the pro moto baja fb group asking questions in the months leading up to it, nice to see it coming together for him.

I hadn't thought of Gaetz for AG but there's things about it that make sense. We have 2 years to get a LOT of shit done. Gaetz understands he needs to be in high gear from the get go with the intensity that Garlands office came after him. Also, the house investigation thing? Him and McCarthy are about as much of enemies as you can get. There's a lot of partisan hacks at the AG's office and Matt's got an axe to grind with those guys. All in all, not worried about a single person so much as the agenda...

Well, different scenario for Biden. He's a shit person AND has shit policy. Did being a bad person cause him to have shit policy? Don't know, don't care. Need to move on, he's gone.

"Small minds discuss people, Average minds discuss events Great minds discuss ideas" Original author in dispute Why are you so worried about Gaetz? If there was anything on him Merik Garland's hounds would not have dropped the case without charges. By the way, how could you do worse than AG Garland?

Mitch is a swamp creature of the highest order. He controls the republican senators because he controls so much money. You saw that some senators that were in tight races and he kept money from them because they may not have been as loyal to him as he wanted. He makes a LOT of $$s from his power. You don't think his wife will take a big hit if Trump gets his way. She runs a yuge (spelling intentional) shipping company that moves chinese goods. Unsurprisingly, her ships were all paid for by the chinese. If we start bringing production...

I guess Glitch won this round. We'll see how much pressure can be applied to individual senators when X is not under threat of government retaliation for alleged "misinformation". We have 2 years till midterms to get the agenda kicking ass. TM

He really is an ego maniac. Everything he says is a subtle dig at the rider he’s critiquing or worded in the most subtle brag toward himself and hyper critical of the other person. It’s so difficult to watch…I’m not sure if he just lacks the self awareness? I love the info itself and it’s informative but man he rarely says anything positive about others.

The Government should cover roads and bridges,BORDER SECURITY, and NATIONAL SECURITY and very little else. Then they would need a much smaller percentage.
