Yeah, no doubt. El Hombre’s style is unmistakable. It was cool to see him hauling some ass, attacking the track.

I got ya. But did you see how many times he punked guys on the last lap to win his 250 sx title. And how smart he rode the 450 sx series he won? He does what he needs to win, sneaky racecraft . And I haven’t seen him sitting on the hood of a r8, he was driving a Chevrolet Colorado last I saw. I'm a fan and I know the dude is smarter than he come across. Great ride this weekend

Was really cool seeing him back , and man , he put in a hell of ride for his first race back. Reminded me a bit of what Trey would do. Get injured , sit out a while , first race back just come out swinging! I'm a big Ando fan!

He said in his interview he's only been on the bike for 4 weeks. He also said it was probably the worst injury he's ever had in the sport. Don't know you you saw the pictures and details of his injury, but it was pretty nasty. Not Roczen nasty, but still pretty gnarly. All things considered, it was very impressive. One of the surprises for the day. Think about it, he trains with Marv and Webb. He tracked down and smoked Webb while Marv was almost irrelevant on the day (certainly not much TV time and wasn't battling). That's not...

They are coming for diesel trucks and buses. We just got a notice from Carb that our 2 diesel welding truck registrations would be denied starting 2020 unless we put in a 2010 or newer engine and emissions packages. So basically we have to put new engines in both trucks that have perfectly good engines and chassis to salvage a couple more years or bite the bullet and buy new trucks at $80k each. And the old perfectly operational trucks are worthless in the state of California. This state is circling the drain with some stupid regulations.

Mary Nichols has been spewing this type of nonsense for years, long before DT45 showed up. She was an environmental lawyer before being appointed to her current position. More than a decade ago she expressed the wish that she would outlive the ICE as a useful power source. The amount of hot “air” emanating from her pie hole is itself probably causing Global Warming.

As long as there is a dollar to be made from pumping oil out of the center of this orb, electric propulsion will take a backseat to burning gas/diesel. I’m not an opponent, I think it would be awesome to have the scenario that I outlined above. Quieter vehicles with no fuel mess definitely seem like better option in my opinion but EV is still in the initial stages and I’m not buying in until it’s proven to be up to the task and all infrastructure is in place to make owning such a vehicle convenient.

Are all the metals and meterials to supply enough batteries really available to replace all the gas vehicles ? What's the environmental impact of mining and chemical process to build that many EVS ? If no gasoline is produced where does all the petroleum by product come from to make the millions of products that use it, and what will it cost? Is there an electrical infrastructure to handle the switchover. ? How many tons of global warming CO2 does it take to charge every EV in the US. What happens when the power grid goes down and you can't...

And recharging batteries is a lot less efficient than directly producing power from fuel. For every kilowatt of power that you use to charge a battery, you only get a percentage of that power back when using the energy stored in it. Not only that, but we do not have any where near the electrical grid capacity to run all of society off of it. Also, the green freaks seem to want to ban all economical forms of producing electricity. Why people vote these morons into positions of power is beyond my comprehension.

The folks at Alta might have a different outlook. Get back to me with your story about batteries when I can tow 10k lbs 300 miles, pull into a station, get a full charge in under 10 minutes and be on my way.

My name is Regis Andrew Harrington III I went by Andy Harrington as a racer, mainly because as a kid I didn’t like the name Regis. It was different. I liked Andy I raced from the time I was 8. I rode for Team Green as an amateur. Until I was 17. I then turned pro and rode for Motorworld Of El Cajon in 97-98-99. In 2000 I rode for factory KTM. I was never great at racing, like I said previously I had great moments. But was a mid pack dude. I got 7th in a 125cc west coast...

Litigation has made going to nationals a pain. Do you remember packing the cooler, leaning over the snow fence rooting on the riders, assholes throwing things at riders they hate, race winners kissing trophy girls, racers actually riding the track we rode? Yeah, I’ll be riding then watching it online a couple days later after I hear the results.

i'd blame whatever you think the reason people not attending races on technology. It's happening in every sport, the viewing is better on TV. Most tracks you can't see the whole thing and they are spread out so even if you can see most of the track it's hard to tell whats happening. are people not attending races? seems like i see alot of people in attendance on TV..

I would actually really like to buy some moto tees from some of the teams. The shirts that Feld sells at the races are garbage and look like something I’d wear if I were 12 with a Mountain Dew in one hand and Cheetos in the other while watching wrestle mania

It would help the sport ten fold if the teams could sell merchandise. It is ridiculous and greedy. The money for the guys under the top 10 is laughable. Amateur bass fishing weekend warrior nobodies make a ton more than professional athletes risking life on TV. Its pathetic.
